Welcome to GSA's Voluntary Leave Transfer Program! This web application provides the ability for a Government employee who is payrolled by the General Services Administration to donate leave.

The VLTP website is closed for leave donations effective January 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Leave donations will resume on February 16, 2026, at 8:00 AM EST in HR Links. If you need to donate leave before February 16th, please complete form OPM 630 and submit it to Payroll at: KC-Payroll.Finance@gsa.gov
